All story templates, illustrations, designs, and other creative elements provided by DreamyLight are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates without permission.
6. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are as quoted on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before production begins.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on location and production demands. DreamyLight is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Children's photos uploaded to our platform are strictly confidential and never shared with third parties. We use them solely to create your personalized storybook and delete them upon request. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
